Counselling: Compassionate, tailored support for teens and young adults, offering guidance through life’s complexities with understanding and care. We’ll work together to foster self-awareness, resilience, and healing.
Yoga & Mindfulness: Integrating movement and mental clarity, I offer group and personal yoga sessions (online + in-person) and mindfulness sessions to promote holistic well-being, reduce stress, and connect mind, body, and spirit.
