Group Sessions

Location: Online and in-person sessions
I’m aiming to have regular online and in-person class taking place on a weekly basis. If you’re interested in this, then please submit your email in the subscription box at the bottom of this page to get updates.

Cost: for online sessions is £5 per session, or any contribution you like. In-person cost is TBC.

Bespoke 1-2-1 Yoga Sessions

Bespoke for those who might be starting out, would want to take their yoga to the next level, those who don't like the classroom setting or are recovering from injuries. Sessions can be anywhere from a slow, restorative practice to high energy, power yoga practice.

Yoga isn’t about how far you can stretch and bend, but is about honouring the bodies we’re in, making it work for us and learning about ourselves. The focus is internal.
Yoga is a personal journey and it can be a great way to get more out of your practice, build your confidence in class and improve your mobility in a way that’s tailored to your body.

I provide high-quality, personalised yoga therapy sessions conducted entirely online. Through the use of user-friendly video conferencing technology, we can meet face-to-face and work collaboratively, with you joining me from the comfort and convenience of your own home. This virtual format allows for the same level of individualised attention and customised programming, with the added benefits of greater scheduling flexibility and the ability to access my expertise from anywhere in the world.
